2023 FACT Spa & Wellness Awards: WINNERS

The  fifth annual FACT Spa & Wellness Awards Dubai ceremony took place on Thursday, 22 June, inside The Amazing Room at V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton.

This year, the UAE’s spa and wellness community turned out in support of their favourite spas, wellness centres, beach clubs, fitness centres, beauty salons and barbershops, casting over forty-five thousand votes over the past ten months.

56 awards were given out across 29 categories which covered over 150 hotel and independent spas, salons, health clubs, and wellness centres.

300 guests enjoyed a sociable evening of delicious canapés and free-flowing drinks at V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton.

The who’s who of the UAE’s spa and wellness industry turned out for the exciting ceremony turned party, with top GMs, Spa Directors, Marketing and PR professionals, as well as selected social media influencers in attendance. Embodying FACT’s down-to-earth and fun approach, the event was a laid-back and casual affair. After years of trying and testing luxurious treatments across the emirates, from plush hotel spas to fabulous independent venues, FACT has become the luxury authority in the UAE. The FACT Spa & Wellness Awards UAE 2023 celebrated the leaders of the industry who continue to be the gateway for indulgence in the finer things in life.

The FACT Spa & Wellness Awards UAE recognise brilliance in the health and wellbeing industry, with winners awarded based on both public votes and critics’ opinion. Each category was given two awards, the BEST and the FAVOURITE. The latter is the result of a popular choice decided through online public voting, and the former is the critic’s choice decided by the FACT editorial team and an independent panel of industry experts. Some of the standout accolades included the Spa of the Year, awarded to SPA at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi, and The SPA at Palazzo Versace Dubai in Dubai.

The sponsors on the night included Beauty Solutions, Crystal Corporation, BBW – Al Shaya, Performances by Paco, The Wright Group, Rodial, Elemis Pearl Tree and Light of Sakina.

The FACT Spa & Wellness Awards is part of a wider initiative by FACT M.E. who are already well-established with their popular dining awards in the Gulf region.
